Here's proof that June was singing prison songs before Johnny was.
June does a bit of comedy with Ernest Tubb then sings the Grandpa Jones classic "Raining Here This Morning"
Fiddle Player Gordon Terry sings the song "Johnson's Old Grey Mule" and gets a little bit of help from June Carter half way through, lol. This is one half of my favorite skits. Look for part two.
June Carter and Gordon Terry team up to sing "Old Oaken Bucket" . . . only they have a little trouble.

This is the second part of my favorite June skit ever. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
June Carter and Ray Price engage in some hilarious comedy about dating and then June sings "Eight More Miles To Louisville"
June Carter does a little bit of comedy involving Tony, the horse.
